Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Content Manager to join our team, responsible for managing social media marketing (SMM) and producing engaging blog content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, product development, and HR practices. The Content Manager will be responsible for writing in-depth articles for our company blog, as well as managing our social media presence across various platforms.


✔️ Develop and implement a content strategy for the company’s blog and social media channels.
✔️ Write in-depth articles on various topics related to our industry, product development, and HR practices.
✔️ Manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) and engage with the audience through regular posts, comments, and messages.
✔️ Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
✔️ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and HR, to align content strategy with business objectives.
✔️ Ensure content consistency and brand voice across all channels.
✔️ Continuously improve content quality and relevance based on audience feedback and performance metrics.


✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✔️ Fluent English.
✔️ Proven experience in content management, social media marketing, and blog content production.
✔️ Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, product development, and HR practices.
✔️ Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging, informative content.
✔️ Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box.
✔️ Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
✔️ Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with social media platforms and algorithms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Google).
✔️ Ability to follow industry trends and stay updated on best practices.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
✔️ Consistency in content production and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ Knowledge of SEO best practices.
