Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in defining and refining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
✔️ Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to develop and launch new product features.
✔️ Help prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, business goals, and resource constraints.
✔️ Assist in creating product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and specifications.
✔️ Support product testing, validation, and iteration to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.
✔️ Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
✔️ Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends relevant to the product domain.
Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
✔️ Passion for technology, software products, and user experience.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to adapt to changing priorities.
✔️ Prior experience in product management, software development, or related roles is a plus.
