Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Web Development Team:

    • Oversee the web development team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

    • Facilitate communication between web developers and other departments.

  • Manage Content Team:

    • Supervise the content team to ensure high-quality content creation and delivery.

    • Coordinate content strategies and implementation plans.

  • Setup KPIs:

    • Develop and implement key performance indicators to track and measure team performance.

    • Regularly review and adjust KPIs to align with company goals.

  • Set Up Operational Flow in Back Office:

    • Establish efficient operational processes and workflows within the back office.

    • Ensure all back office operations run smoothly and effectively.

  • Main Responsibility – Organize Back Office:

    • Streamline back office functions to improve overall organizational efficiency.

    • Coordinate between different teams to maintain a cohesive work environment.


  • Experience:

    • Strong product thinking skills to understand and align with business objectives.

    • Proven experience as a manager at a marketing agency or back office department.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in setting up operational flows and processes.
