We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of PBN Strategy and Management to lead our Private Blog Network (PBN) department. This role is essential for building and managing high-quality PBNs to drive SEO and affiliate marketing success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and managing PBN networks in the Grey hat niche, proven SEO results, and a strong background in affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

PBN Creation and Management:

  • Provide 50 high-quality PBNs per month, including domain search and setup.

  • Generate at least 10 First Time Depositors (FTDs) through PBNs each month.

  • Build, manage, and scale a PBN team to ensure efficient and effective network growth.

Technical Expertise and Implementation:

  • Deep knowledge of PBN and satellite site creation and management.

  • Search for and purchase expired domains at auctions, ensuring high-quality selections.

  • Quickly set up, restore, and clean content for new sites.

  • Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Archivarix, Spam Zilla, Wayback Machine, and A Parser/Content Downloader.

  • Set up servers to avoid leaving fingerprints and manage PBN links and levels.

  • Confidently edit HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.

Strategy and Optimization:

  • Develop and implement PBN strategies to enhance SEO and affiliate marketing performance.

  • Analyze and optimize the performance of PBNs, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with SEO and affiliate marketing teams to align PBN strategies with overall business goals.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Build the PBN department from scratch, establishing processes and workflows.

  • Manage and mentor the PBN team, ensuring high performance and professional development.

  • Coordinate with remote teams and leverage process automation scripts for improved efficiency.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze PBN performance using relevant tools and metrics.

  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in creating and managing 100+ PBN networks in the Grey hat niche.

  • Strong background in SEO with demonstrable results.

  • Experience in affiliate marketing and generating leads through PBNs.

  • Ability to build and manage a PBN department from scratch.

  • Technical proficiency in setting up and managing PBNs, including domain search, server setup, and content management.

  • Expertise in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, Archivarix, Spam Zilla, Wayback Machine, and A Parser/Content Downloader.

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.

  • Upper-intermediate level of English.

  • Experience working remotely and with process automation scripts is a plus.

  • Previous experience with German, Swiss, or Scandinavian websites is highly desirable.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead our PBN strategy, with significant potential for impact and growth. The successful candidate will start with a 2-month trial period, during which their performance will be evaluated for a permanent role with a performance-based bonus structure.
