Senior SERM Manager (SEO Manager)

Required experience:

  • Worked on reputation management in competitive niches: Crypto, Finance, iGaming, etc.

  • Worked with YouTube SEO

  • Worked with parasite SEO

  • Have 3+ years of experience in SERM

  • Worked with Social Media SERM


Technical and Analytical Skills:

  1. SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.

  2. Data Analysis: Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO software to track performance and derive insights.

  3. HTML/CSS/JS Knowledge: Basic to intermediate coding skills to understand and implement necessary changes.

  4. Reputation Management Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Google Alerts, Mention, and Brandwatch for monitoring online presence.

Strategic and Managerial Skills:

  1. Strategy Development: Ability to create and implement effective SERM strategies to improve and maintain a positive online presence.

  2. Crisis Management: Skills to handle negative online content and mitigate its impact on brand reputation.

  3. Team Leadership: Experience in managing a team, setting KPIs, and driving performance.

  4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and stakeholder engagement.

Additional Competencies:

  1. Competitive Analysis: Ability to analyze competitor strategies and adapt accordingly.

  2. Content Management: Knowledge of creating, curating, and managing high-quality content that supports reputation goals.

  3. Link Building: Proficiency in strategies for building a strong and ethical backlink profile.

  4. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
